The design consists of a new three level complex with the first level a day shelter for homeless and the upper two levels efficiency apartments. Day shelter includes dining facility, kitchen, medical area, shower area, laundry, offices and community rooms.

Southern Ridge Apartments
Washington, DC

The design consists of renovations to 51 apartment units along with multiple common areas including community center, maintenance shop, and laundry rooms. Renovations include upgraded lighting, mechanical systems, and kitchens to each unit. Design includes upgraded hot water system and distribution, and addition of individual gas meters for each unit.

Altamont Apartments
Washington, DC

Design of complete renovation of an existing apartment building to create a 32 unit, four story apartment complex for affordable, accessible housing through the non-profit So Others May Eat (SOME).

The Mark
Alexandria, Virginia

The design consists of converting former Washington Suites Hotel to apartment building with two floors of amenity spaces and seven floors of apartments. Design includes new parking garage, pool deck, club room, fitness facility, and amenity spaces.
