The design consisted of two new multi-level dormitory buildings on campus designed to meet LEED Silver rating. Mechanical design included geothermal heating and cooling system.

• The master planning and renovation for an animal surgical suite in Ross Hall School of Medicine
• Renovation to multiple lab areas at Tompkins Hall
• Renovation of multiple dormitory buildings
• Office renovations at multiple buildings on and off campus
• Digital services upgrade to auditorium and lecture halls in multiple classroom buildings

Pupatella Pizza

Services Provided: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection
Multiple projects involving the renovation of existing spaces to create a new pizza restaurants. Designs included new HVAC system snd distribution, design of plumbing for public areas and service to production equipment, design of sprinkler systems, design of lighting and electrical systems including service upgrades.

Northrop Grumman Office and Manufacturing Buildings
Sterling, Virginia

Services Provided: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection
The design includes executive suite, multiple office and administration areas in various buildings, design of robotics lab, and the design of new HVAC and electrical systems for mission critical spaces in manufacturing buildings, and full floor renovations of office buildings.

Shenandoah University Cadaver Lab and Nursing Facility
Ashburn, Virginia

Services Provided: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection
The design of a new cadaver lab and over 17,000 square foot expansion of existing nurse training facility including training labs, skills labs, lecture halls, classrooms, and offices. The project includes renovations to existing school areas for fitness room and expanded student lounge

4000 Benning Road Apartments
Washington, DC

Services Provided: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection
The project consists of a new five floor 80 unit apartment complex with two level lobby, community rooms and below grade parking garage. Apartments include one and two bedroom units.
